Why do my fixings keep pulling out?
Wrong fixing for the wall - plasterboard, dot-and-dab and lath all need different anchors. Matching them is the whole trick.
Can you drill tiles without cracking them?
Yes - right bit, right speed, tape and patience. It is a regular request in our bathroom work.
Do you anchor furniture for child safety?
Yes - wardrobes, drawers and bookcases strapped to the wall is a five-minute job that matters.
