Do you charge to look at a plumbing problem?
We explain any call-out charge when you book. For planned work, the survey leads to a fixed quote before work starts.
Can you fix it on the first visit?
Usually - the vans carry common valves, washers, wastes and fittings. If a part must be ordered, we make it safe first and return to finish.
Do you guarantee the work?
Yes - our work is fully insured and backed by the Checkatrade Guarantee up to £1,000 (eligibility and T&Cs apply).
