Treat as an emergency every time - switch off and call.

It depends on the hour and where the engineers are. We tell you honestly on the phone - and then turn up when we said.
Do you charge more at night or weekends?
No - out of hours costs the same as office hours.
What if the repair needs parts?
We make it safe on the first visit, then quote the permanent repair - fixed quote on survey, before work starts.
Is a hidden leak an emergency?
If it is spreading or near electrics, yes. If it is slow and contained, book a leak detection visit instead.
