What we collect
Only what the job needs.
When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or the booking form, we collect the details you give us: your name, telephone number, postcode or address, and a description of the work you need.
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking analytics. The booking form sends your enquiry directly to us via WhatsApp or email - your message is transmitted by those services under their own terms.
How we use it
To respond, quote and do the work.
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, confirm availability, arrange your visit, provide your fixed quote and carry out the agreed work. The lawful basis is the performance of a contract with you, or the steps you ask us to take before entering one.
We do not sell your details or share them with third parties for marketing. Where gas work requires a Gas Safe registered subcontractor, we share only the details needed to carry out that work.
Retention and your rights
Kept while needed, then removed.
We keep enquiry and job records for as long as needed to deliver the work, honour guarantees and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
