While you wait
Worth checking before we arrive.
Check the boiler display for a fault code and note it down. Check the pressure gauge - below 1 bar, the boiler may simply have locked out. Check the thermostat has battery and the programmer is actually calling for heat.
None of that fixed it? Call 07988 830642 with the fault code handy and we will take it from there. Gas work is carried out by appropriately Gas Safe registered subcontractors where required.

FAQs
Questions we hear a lot.
My boiler shows a fault code - what do I do?
Note the code and call us. Codes narrow the diagnosis fast and help us arrive with the right parts.
Is low pressure an emergency?
On its own, no - repressurising may get you running. If pressure keeps dropping, there is a leak to find; book central heating repairs.
I can smell gas - who do I call?
Call the National Gas Emergency line on 0800 111 999 immediately, open windows and do not operate switches. We handle the repair work afterwards.
