Failed seals or a cracked pan - resealed or replaced properly.
Weak or double flushes
Valve, syphon or water-level faults corrected.
Blocked toilets
Cleared on the spot; persistent blockages investigated. See blocked drains.

FAQs
Questions we hear a lot.
Can you fix it in one visit?
Usually yes - fill valves, flush valves, seals and connectors are standard van stock.
Is a running toilet worth fixing quickly?
Yes - it can waste hundreds of litres a day, which shows up on a water meter fast.
Can you replace just the cistern internals?
Almost always, and it is far cheaper. We only recommend replacement when the pan or cistern itself has failed.
