Is resealing really worth paying for?
Yes - a failed seal is the leading cause of the slow leaks that ruin ceilings. Done properly it lasts years.
Can you match existing tiles and grout?
Usually close enough that only you know. Where a perfect match is impossible we tell you before starting.
When is repair the wrong answer?
When the substrate has failed - a soft floor or perished tanking. We will tell you honestly and quote the refurbishment instead.
