Which areas do you cover for block work?
Our current agency contracts are in Northolt, Harrow and Ealing, and we take on blocks across West London.
Can leaseholders instruct you directly?
Usually instructions come from the agent or freeholder - but we will happily work either way once responsibilities are clear.
Do you map the building as you go?
Yes - stopcocks, risers and known-issue runs get recorded, which makes every future emergency faster.
