How do you know where to dig?
The camera records position and depth along the run, so excavation is a targeted hole, not a trench of exploration.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Our work is fully insured and backed by the Checkatrade Guarantee up to £1,000 (eligibility and T&Cs apply).
My insurer asked for a report - can you provide one?
Yes - survey footage plus a written description of the fault and repair, in the format insurers expect.
