If waste is backing up, overflowing or it is your only toilet - yes. If it is just slow, book drain clearance and save the urgency.
Will you clean up afterwards?
We disinfect the immediate area we worked in as standard. Major contamination clean-up is quoted separately and honestly.
What if the blockage is the water company’s problem?
We tell you straight away and point you to the right line rather than charging you for their pipe.
